But, the self-falling concrete mixer is mainly used to mix fluidity concrete, so it is rarely used. According to the structure form, the compulsory concrete mixer can be divided into planetary concrete mixer, single shaft concrete mixer and twin shaft concrete mixer. 2. Material weighing system.

The material weighing system is the key component which can affect the concrete quality and concrete product costs. It can be classified into aggregate weighing, powder weighing and liquid weighing. Generally, the concrete batching plant which produces 20 cubic meters concrete or less per hour adopts cumulative weighing; the concrete batching plant which produces 50 cubic meters concrete or more per hour adopts independent weighing. And all weighing types adopt electronic weighing and computer computer.

3. Material conveying system.

Aggregate conveying: the conveying of concrete mixing plant is composed of hopper conveying and belt conveying. The advantages of hopper conveying are small occupied space and simple structure. The advantages of belt conveying are long conveying distance, high efficiency and low faults rate. The belt conveying is mainly used in the concrete mixing plant with aggregate temporary storage bin to improve the productivity of the concrete batching plant. Powder conveying: the powder used in the concrete concludes cement, fly ash and ore. The main conveying method is screw conveyor and its advantages are simple structure, low costs and operational safety. Liquid conveying: it mainly refers to water and liquid additives and is delivered by water pump respectively.

4. Control system.

The control system are the central nervous system of the whole concrete batching plant equipment. And the concrete batch plants have different functions and configurations according to the different requirements of users and the size of concrete batching plant. In general, the control of the small concrete mixing plant is simple, but the control system of large concrete mixing plant is complex.
